Shipping Policy

This policy applies to all physical products sold through The Accountable Man store, including apparel, accessories, and gear. Books sold through Amazon are shipped and fulfilled directly by Amazon under their shipping policies.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days of purchase. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been processed and shipped.

Delivery estimates begin after the processing period. Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price and are not refundable.

International delivery typically takes 10–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to track your package through the carrier's website. If you do not receive a tracking email within 7 business days of your order, contact us through the contact form.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please:

  • Check with neighbors and around your property
  • Contact your local post office or carrier with your tracking number
  • Wait 2 additional business days — carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered early

If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue. We are not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We can update the address if the order has not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, we cannot redirect it. Packages returned due to an incorrect address will be reshipped at the customer's expense.

Digital Products

Digital products are delivered electronically via email or download link immediately after purchase. No physical shipping is involved. If you do not receive your download link within 24 hours of purchase, check your spam folder and then contact us.
