We accept returns and exchanges on physical products under the following conditions:
To initiate a return or exchange, contact us through the contact form within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order details and reason for return. We will provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the damage or incorrect item. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you. We take full responsibility for errors on our end.
Books sold through Amazon are subject to Amazon's return policy. Please visit Amazon's help center to initiate a return for book purchases. We do not process returns for Amazon orders directly.
All digital product sales are final. Due to the nature of digital goods — which are delivered instantly and cannot be returned — we do not offer refunds on:

Coaching session fees are non-refundable once a session has been completed. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may forfeit the session fee. We will make reasonable accommodations for genuine emergencies.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
